Reason We should Choose you: William has been a model student since the day he was admitted into Hogwarts. Although he has never been considered a 'goodie-two-shoes' he does know every rule and abides by them. With a single acception (although it isn't technically a rule) he spends much of his free time in his animagus form, swimming around int eh Black Lake.
As a whole, Will is well loved by both his housemates and the rest of the school. Eve the staff respect his ability to command a room of bubling first years. He takes his position very seriously but enjoys giving people a leeway to do what they want as long as it is within the rule boundaries.
