Graphic Requests

Hello everyone! If anyone should need any graphics, I would be more than happy to help. I'm not claiming to be the most spectacular, but I think I do a pretty decent job :]

I just need you to fill out the following form and post it in a reply to this thread. Once the request has been filled, your post will be removed and I will PM you the graphics.

A few notes:

• These graphic requests will be for avatars, signatures, and cbox icons for this site only.
  
• If you are having trouble finding a suitable playby (face claim) or need help finding images for them, I'm more than glad to help with this as well. Just shoot me a PM :]
  
• I typically refer to avatars and signatures as a set. I realize that there are many names for them, but this will help avoid confusion.
