Samy quietly walked up to the hat, he had never seen such magic before, a hat... that talks? The sorcery that would be behind it must be long standing, done by a real wizard. Samy's eyes looked up towards the hat as he shuffled his feet with his hands deep in his pockets. He wasn't sure if he was ready, what if the hat saw evil or worse what if the hat saw purity in him?
Before he knew it, he was already sitting down before the hat and he couldn't help but start to sweat. His hands were sweaty and his slightly shaky and every second he sat there listening to the comments the hat made he realized the more he sat there the more he was nervous. All it took was to hear the hat scream out a house for all the students to judge him or welcome him.
